Google Map

The lake has 20 platforms allowing you to fish from dawn to dusk. Night fishing can be arranged by booking on line via the clubs website. A maximum of six anglers per night. Toilets are provided but would ask you to leave the toilet as you would expect to find it.

The lake was an old brickyard and varies in depth from two feet to sixteen plus. The lake contains roach, rudd, perch, carp tench and bream. Summer fishing will provide plenty of silver fish loose feeding maggots using the waggles or pole. Larger baits will attract the better quality fish. The carp have been caught to 25 lbs but stay close to your rod as many have been lost due to the carp making powerful runs. The bream can be taken on the feeder with either a small cage or a method feeder. Maggot, worm and small pellets are best baits. Good size tench can be caught close in on bread corn or meat.
